UKPC Video Training

We film key moments of your day, as specified by you, for example:

Staff to staff interactions
Staff to children interactions
Staff to parent interactions

We edit the footage and present the highlights in a positive way, and facilitate a group discussion about areas for improvement. We can also return to follow up on the progress and review what strategies have been put into place.
Video training has an advantage over traditional training - it brings increased awareness and rapid change.

Behaviour Management

This is a half-day workshop (3 hours) that can be tailored to your individual needs. It is interactive and staff will leave with ideas for tackling individual issues.
